Account Management

- Processing Times: Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
- Verification Requirements: cv99bd may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending identity verification or review of account activity. This is a standard security measure and is not indicative of any finding of wrongdoing.
- Currency: All balances, transactions, and displays on the platform are denominated in BDT. cv99bd does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and will not process transactions in USD, INR, EUR, or any other currency.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers
cv99bd offers promotional bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible Players. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms:
- Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account verification and are in good standing.
- Each promotion has a specific wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x). The bonus amount, and in some cases the deposit amount, must be wagered the stated number of times before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus balance.

Sports Betting Rules
The following rules govern the settlement of sports bets placed on the cv99bd platform:
- All bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time of placement. cv99bd reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion, including without prior notice.
- For cricket markets, the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, BCCI) will be used for settlement purposes. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced in overs, or decided by Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method, specific rules apply as published in the cricket betting rules section of the platform.
- For football markets, results are based on the outcome at the end of 90 minutes of regular play plus any injury time added by the referee, unless the market is specifically described as including extra time or penalty shootouts.
- Live/in-play bets are accepted at the Platform's discretion. cv99bd takes reasonable steps to ensure live odds are accurate but accepts no liability for any technical delay or error in live data that may affect the odds displayed at the time of bet placement.
- Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided. cv99bd reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or in circumstances where a material market error has occurred.
- Winnings from settled bets are credited to your Account Balance immediately upon settlement. For bets placed in accumulator or parlay format, all selections must win for the bet to be settled as a winner.

Casino, Slots, and Crash Game Rules
Games available through the cv99bd Casino, Slots, and crash game sections are provided by third-party game suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The following conditions apply:

Prohibited Activities

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cv99bd's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. cv99bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage, even where such losses were foreseeable or where cv99bd had been advised of the possibility of such losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence.

Account Closure and Termination
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, cv99bd will process any pending withdrawals of legitimate funds and close your Account within a reasonable period. cv99bd reserves the right to close any Account at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, prolonged inactivity, or where required by applicable law. In the event of closure due to a Player's breach of these Terms, cv99bd may withhold all or part of the Account balance as compensation for any losses suffered by the platform or third parties.

Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting cv99bd support at [email protected]. cv99bd aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within five business days and to provide a substantive response within twenty-eight business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal channels, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive relief.
